Accessibility

Access to ferries in liner traffic and boating excursions happens by accessible gangways. They can be used by ordinary wheelchairs. Please inform yourself in time about the use of an electric wheelchair or an e-scooter relating to the measurements.

At low tide the downgrade of the gangway could be very heavy. In this case please get in touch with the crew directly.

Access to the extra ferry (MV „Baltrum IV“) is not possible for persons who are limited in their mobility. Please use the regular liner traffic.

The bus is a low-floor bus. It can be lowered down and has got a ramp. Please make an appointment so that maybe seat rows can be modified to get space for wheelchairs or buggies.
